GMX LABS TERMS OF SERVICE & PURCHASE AGREEMENT

1. RESEARCH-ONLY PRODUCTS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & INDEMNIFICATION

All products offered by GMX Labs are sold strictly as chemical reference materials and research compounds intended exclusively for legitimate laboratory research, analytical testing, in vitro experimentation, and other lawful research purposes.

By purchasing from GMX Labs, the Buyer accepts full responsibility for the possession, handling, transportation, storage, testing, disposal, and use of all purchased materials.

The Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GMX Labs, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal costs arising from or relating to the Buyer's possession, handling, storage, transfer, misuse, or unauthorized use of any product purchased through GMX Labs.

The Buyer assumes all risks associated with the materials after delivery.

2. REGULATORY STATUS & NO MEDICAL GUIDANCE

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, products sold by GMX Labs have not been approved, evaluated, or reviewed by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any comparable regulatory authority for human or veterinary use.

GMX Labs does not provide medical advice, dosing recommendations, administration instructions, treatment protocols, or guidance regarding human or animal use.

Any scientific information provided by GMX Labs, including information concerning chemical structure, mechanisms of action, published research, or historical scientific literature, is supplied solely for educational and research-reference purposes and should not be interpreted as instructions for use.

Nothing appearing on the GMX Labs website constitutes medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, or therapeutic advice.

3. THIRD-PARTY TESTING, CERTIFICATES & BUYER VERIFICATION

GMX Labs may make available analytical documentation such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS), or similar laboratory reports for certain products or batches.

These reports are provided solely as batch-specific analytical references and do not constitute an ongoing guarantee, certification, or warranty regarding future lots, storage conditions, suitability for a particular application, or the results of independent testing.

Researchers and institutions are responsible for conducting any additional identity, purity, stability, sterility, or other analytical testing required for their specific research environment.

The Buyer is solely responsible for implementing appropriate laboratory verification and safety procedures before using any GMX Labs product in research.

4. STRICT PROHIBITION ON HUMAN OR ANIMAL USE

GMX Labs products are not intended for human consumption or administration.

Products may not be used as or incorporated into any:

• Food or dietary supplement
• Drug or pharmaceutical preparation
• Cosmetic or personal-care product
• Medical device
• Compounded preparation
• Veterinary product
• Product intended for human or animal ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical administration, implantation, or other bodily administration

The Buyer represents that all purchases are being made for lawful research purposes and that the Buyer possesses, or operates under the supervision of individuals possessing, the appropriate knowledge, laboratory procedures, equipment, and facilities necessary to safely handle research chemicals.

5. COMMUNICATION, ORDER CANCELLATION & ACCOUNT TERMINATION POLICY

GMX Labs maintains a strict research-use-only policy.

Any communication submitted to GMX Labs—including research applications, order notes, emails, direct messages, customer-support inquiries, reviews, or other correspondence—that indicates or reasonably suggests an intention to use GMX Labs products on humans or animals may result in immediate account review.

This includes communications discussing or requesting information regarding:

• Human or animal dosing
• Injection or administration
• Ingestion or consumption
• Topical application to humans or animals
• Treatment protocols
• Performance enhancement
• Medical or therapeutic use
• Veterinary use
• Any other form of bodily administration

GMX Labs reserves the right to reject, cancel, or refuse any order that appears inconsistent with its research-only policies.

Accounts associated with prohibited-use requests may be suspended or permanently terminated, and GMX Labs reserves the right to refuse future business with any individual or organization that violates these terms.

6. BUYER REPRESENTATIONS

By completing a purchase from GMX Labs, the Buyer represents and warrants that:

1. The Buyer is legally permitted to purchase and possess the products ordered.
2. The products are being obtained solely for lawful research purposes.
3. The Buyer will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations.
4. The Buyer will not represent GMX Labs products as approved drugs, medicines, supplements, cosmetics, or veterinary products.
5. The Buyer will not resell, distribute, market, or otherwise provide GMX Labs products for prohibited human or animal use.
6. The Buyer accepts responsibility for determining whether a product is appropriate and lawful for the Buyer's intended research application.
