How rank progress is counted
A qualifying sale is a paid order of at least $50 that uses your creator code. Rank progress uses consecutive calendar months in Eastern Time. Rank promotions and program benefits are reviewed by GMX Labs. Commission shown for each rank is the intended program rate; your active code rate appears in your creator dashboard.
When is a sale counted?
After an order using your code is paid and meets the $50 qualifying subtotal.
Are rank perks automatic?
Commission and code rates appear in your dashboard. Physical bonuses, equipment, profit share, and rank promotions are reviewed by GMX Labs.
What happens to refunds?
Refunded or reversed orders do not remain qualifying sales or earned commission.
How are months measured?
Calendar months use Eastern Time. Higher ranks require the listed sales level for two consecutive months.
