Shipping Information

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment clearing. - Domestic orders ship via tracked courier. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is created. - Compounds are supplied as lyophilized powder in sealed vials and are stable at room temperature for transit; no cold pack is required for standard shipments. - Someone of legal age must be available to receive the package. Larger and bulk orders ship signature-required. - We are not able to reroute or modify an order once it has been handed to the courier. If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will make it right.
