Research Account Privacy Notice
Effective September 8, 2026. When you apply for a research account, we collect your name, account email, date of birth, organization and industry, research position and credentials, intended research purpose, optional organization EIN, typed signature, and acknowledgments.
We use these details to assess research-account eligibility, review orders, prevent misuse, and maintain a record of application and staff-review decisions. Date of birth is self-reported; collecting it is not independent identity verification.
Application and review records are stored with our service providers and accessible to authorized staff for account review and support. Please do not submit government identity documents, patient records, or personal medical information in the research-purpose field.
We retain application and review records for account administration, dispute handling, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion; some records may need to be retained for those purposes.
