Returns & Refunds

Because these are research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed vials. - Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund. - Non-delivery: if tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us and we will open a claim with the courier and reship or refund. - Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less shipping, subject to inspection. - Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected, typically within 5-10 business days. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
